With his loyalty, respect, and diligence, Paul Perez is the kind of real estate agent you want in your corner. As a listing agent who also represents buyers, Paul’s impeccable work ethic translates to a satisfying outcome for everyone involved. He not only enjoys meeting people and helping them reach their real estate goals — he knows how to handle the rigorous work involved with patience and fortitude.
Originally from Houston, Paul spent more than 30 years working for the Houston Fire Department, where he retired in the rank of Captain. In 2003, he pursued his lifelong interest in real estate, and his first experience was showing a buyer more than 42 homes in a single transaction (one of which the client did purchase)! He also worked for the Houston Appraisal Review Board for five years, and he’s happy to use his trained eye in service of his clients, whether they’re buying or selling.
After living in Baytown, Texas, for a number of years, Paul moved back to Houston in 2007 and currently resides in the Woodforest area. In his free time, he’s an outdoorsman who enjoys deer hunting and fishing. A former volunteer for the United States Marines, Paul is committed to honoring our veterans and is a member of the American Legion Post 472 in Houston, Honor Guard, and the 21-Gun Salute team.
