Since 2002, Rick Treviño has been combining his sales, training, and management experience with his marketing coach background to deliver exceptional real estate results.
Raised in Chicago, Rick has been living in Houston since the mid-1980s. He began selling bottled water early in his career, and, in addition to being his company’s top-rated route salesman for five consecutive years, he also hit his sales goal every month for seven years. Rick began his real estate career by listing and selling residential and commercial properties in Houston and the surrounding areas. Since then, he has supplemented his experience with forming a boutique business, training and managing dozens of agents, mergers and acquisitions, property marketing, marketing coaching, and becoming the top listing agent for ten years at his previous agency.
Rick’s knowledge, property insight, and expertise in diverse markets make it easy for his clients to put their trust in him, while fluency in Spanish and English makes it easy for him to break down any verbal and cultural barriers that may exist. Rick also holds several designations, including Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist (SFR®), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP®).
Rick lives in Houston with his wife, Cathy, and their four sons.
